Pretty Good - But misses some basics
This is a good app in terms of the amount of information that you can get. However, some of the basic functions that you would find on other real estate apps lacking. For instance, when you define a search area and do a search, then click on one of the houses in that search for more detail, when you are done with that house, you have to start your search over again. Meaning the original search results are gone. Also, when you click on the "map" function in a particular house's profile it zooms into a few block radius around the house. That would be fine, but you can't move the map around or zoom out to see what is near by or find your bearings on where exactly it is located. If those basics were fixed I would give the app four stars.

Would be great if you could sign in.
The app works good, has a nice filtering feature and good presentation of ads. However the sign in feature does not work. I reset my password through realtor.com and even created a new account but it continues to say "email/password do not match". Not sure what the problem is as I can sign in just fine to the website. Without being able to save properties, the app does not do much for me.

Previous review: (05/08/2014 - 4 Stars) Very good except it doesn't sync with website. Easily 5 stars with that feature. New Review: (05/21/2014) This used to be an incredible real-estate tool. The only important thing missing was synching to the website. This was a HORRIBLE update and I can no longer use this app. All of the quick, intuitive, location-based, concise features have been replaced with generic, takes-too-long-to-refine, irrelevant features. The "Nearby Homes for Sale" feature was amazing because it was truly location-based. We have sent many listings to our agent that way. Now, we get 7,768 homes near the center of Atlanta. How helpful is that. By the way, the 5-star reviews since 5/21 from Mike, xl, Jeff, Jason, Rachel, Toph, David, Sam, Raj are all FAKE (in my opinion).

App won't stay open
I used to use this prior to Windows 10 and this app's change to the red background (it used to be green). It had a user-friendly format but often would not contain all the open houses for some reason. Now, in its new version, I can't even get it to stay open; it shuts down as soon as I touch on anything in it.

Where's the year?
The app works fine. However, the Windows version does not show the home's year manufactured like it does on Android and iTunes. How can you not display year manufactured. That's one of the most important decisions when choosing a home. Oh, you can limit your search by the age of the house, but the detail screen does not display the year. If I'm overlooking it, someone please point it out. I keep staring intently at each detail section and then get frustrated and use the app on my phone. I would like to be able to use it on my laptop.

Doesn't like Windows 10
Can't get it to open in app. Won't recognize my email and password, but sends a reset to my email and then won't accept the new password. No problem. I'll find another real estate app (whenever they become compatible with Windows 10).

The previous version was much better. This new version has tiny type fonts for the addresses. The ability to show 'Homes Near Me' has been eliminated which used your GPS location to zero in on homes immediately nearby. The filter to refine by distance only provides listings in general near your town/zip code. This app used to be very useful when out driving around looking for homes to find homes nearby. This is a huge step backwards.

Terrible app. Filters don't work. Search results are poor. Radius searches bring back results outside the search radius. This is just an all-around bad app.

I've always been a fan of realtor.com but this latest update makes this app completely useless. The amount of bugs and use ability issues is simply astounding.

Looks like it was spec'd, code and tested by IDIOTS. Navigation SUCKS Searching SUCKS. Trying to save a search SUCKS. Trying to search someplace other than where I'm friggen sitting right now SUCKS!.
