Real Estate Sales Agent
License law, real estate brokerage and ethics
Are you interested in learning how to become a realtor? Do you find yourself wondering how to get a real estate license? The Real Estate Sales Agent Workforce Certificate (W.C.) real estate classes teach you how to assist clients in renting, buying and selling property. The real estate courses cover license law, real estate brokerage operations, agency and ethics, federal and state housing laws, titles, deeds and ownership restrictions to prepare you for state licensure testing to earn your real estate license. A real estate career can be very lucrative and exciting and this program prepares graduates to be successful in challenging real estate jobs.
