Pratish called me back almost instantly following an enquiry made on a JVT property throu . gh Dubizzle. I would like to express my appreciation on the professionalism of Daniel and Anisha. Daniel helped me to find and negotiate my current apartment in Marina Quays. I am a Sales Manager too and Daniel made all the process so smooth. He is supportive, always available and professional with an . always-on attitude. He is extremely polite and self-confident. These skills, make the client feel safe although in his young age. Very exceptional! Indeed, I went with him to see the flat and in an hour he closed the deal at my desired price. At the next stage of the process he set a meeting for me and the Landlord and we all closed everything happily. When Anisha informed me about the process of registering both Dewa and Ejari, something happened since we could not register Ejari. I just wanted to express my sincerest appreciation to Abbie for everything she have done in helping me find my first property in Dubai. I’ve been in contact with A LOT of different Real Estate Agencies In Dubai over the past months or so, but Allsopp & Allsopp, and especially her, w . ere so far the most accommodating. At first I had severe tunnel vision and only wanted to move into a particular building in the Marina, but you changed my view by showing me the Park Island property (which I was quite unsure to do, but so glad I did). I’d also like to give my thanks to Brook who has been greatly helpful in looking after everything after signing the contract. I didn’t even need to lift a finger in terms of getting DEWA, Ejari and the moving in permit sorted out. The running around she does, has most certainly been worth the money. Working right on deadlines whereby the tenant moved out yesterday, getting the apartment ready for me to move in today must have been so hard, but both you made it work. Just so you know, I already recommended a colleague of mine to you, and he has since secured a property also. What an excellent job Sonny has done for me and my family in finding our new home.
