I had a good chance to meet Mr. Barry Gale in a proposal he made to sell my apartment in Palm Jumeirah. As a landlord, Barry informed me of the rental climate and current market conditions in Dubai. He came to my apartment to inspect it with me. He recommended that I not return the damage deposit to my previous tenant (who did not respect my property) and use the money to fix the damages and have the suite thoroughly cleaned. His reasoning was not only to that it would allow me to charge a little bit more but that it would help me attract a respectful tenant.
Barry also assisted me with all the documents that need to be presented or amended (DEWA,Ejari etc). Barry also sends me articles, updates on Palm Jumeriah which he believes are beneficial to his clients, who are located in various locations around the world.
Barry offers an exceptional before and after service, something that is lacking with many agents who only see the commission and not the bigger picture of building trust, a relationship and generally being a nice bloke.
