Sabre Springs
- Neighborhood in San Diego, CA
Niche User : This area is pretty great. I mean there's so much to do! You can go to the beach, there's so many beautiful malls to hit, and there's just everything - everywhere. San Diego is cool because the landscape changes every 20 miles in each and every direction you head. I think it's very pretty, and a fun place to be. Plus, most of the people are so super friendly and outgoing.

Black Mountain Ranch

Pacific Highlands Ranch
- Neighborhood in San Diego, CA
Niche User : I live in a very wonderful area and I have access to everything I need. It's a fairly wealthy and very clean area. The only aspect of this area that I do not like is how superficial some people are; there are a lot of plastic surgeons who get lots of business around here and it is a little off-putting how fake people's bodies are and sometimes their personality matches that superficiality.
Natomas Park
- Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
Current Resident : Natomas Park is an absolutely beautiful place to live. With numerous schools, parks , bike paths, shopping centers, and even a community college, it is one of the most beautiful places to live. Just fifteen minutes south is downtown Sacramento and the new Golden 1 arena, home of the Sacramento Kings. Fifteen minutes north is Sacramento airport and Sacramento River. The community itself houses people of every ethnicity! We are a very warm and welcoming community! It retains the true feel of Sacramento living without any of the rush associated with big city life.

- Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
Niche User : There is a lot of farm land near this area. Elkhorn road separates the residence are and the farm land. Which means it can get really windy because the area is open. In the summer, it's a good thing so that when the temperature gets to 90 degrees it wont't be too hot because of the wind. I like this area better than where we used to live before. It was really crowded and noisy because of the elementary school. This area much better. It's more open and streets are wide too. It's peaceful.
Rancho Penasquitos
- Neighborhood in San Diego, CA
Niche User : These apartment complexes are at the end of a long road that's connected to the main boulevard. We are dug into more of a hillside which creates this valley like landscape. The place is surrounded by a lot of nature like different trees, bushes, flowers, and small critters like birds. For apartment complexes, this place is fairly nice and it sure is a quiet neighborhood. Throughout the years, security has been getting stricter but, I believe it's getting too strict. Sure, the crime rates have been lower than ever (from 1% - 0%) in the past year or so but, it really restricts how we can just enjoy our own freedom and that humble feeling of home.

- Town in California
Current Resident : It's a nice little town where everyone knows everyone and most people are always willing to help out a neighbor. Imperial has an amazing high school and great elementary schools. There are rarely any crimes and it's a great place to raise a family. New houses are always being built and there are some very nice parks for kids. Houses are affordable and there are plenty of apartment complexes for lower income families. I would say there is a good amount of diversity and this is a place where people of different race, religion, and sexuality can live in comfort. You can find necessities easily as stores and schools are relatively close together. There are good job opportunities here and new businesses open up every year.

Del Mar Mesa

Natomas Creek
- Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
Niche User : Although Sacramento has a less than glamorous reputation in comparison to SF or the Bay Area, after living here for over 13 years I can confidently say that there is a certain beauty to Sac. Be that in it's rich history found in downtown with the railroad museum or Old Sac which has been excellently preserved for public viewing. Sacramento is neither progressing or regressing, more of just staying the same which is not a bad thing, but isn't a good thing either. It has the potential to be better in terms of atmosphere and safety (cleanliness of public areas).

- Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
Niche User : This area is great and it's obvious that the people in the community care about their homes. We all work together as a community to keep each other informed of what's going on along with safety/crime issues if any. I would definitely recommend living in this area.
Gateway West
- Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
Niche User : I used to live in South San Francisco and it was very tight and crowded. It made me just a tiny bit anxious. In the area where I currently live, there is much more open space for me to see and take in. The place calms down my nerves and lets me unwind feel very free.
