This exclusive online property database created and owned by all NAR members provides Realtors® with the data you need to meet the demands of today’s well-informed consumer. RPR offers you instant access to the most robust data sets and reporting tools available anywhere.
At its base, RPR includes more than160 million property records, built from public record and assessment information. Then layers of data have been added such as zoning, permits, and mortgage 
and lien data, plus flood maps, schools data, walk scores and more. And most importantly, datasets have been enhanced by integrating MFRMLS data to create the most robust catalog of properties ever assembled.
There are two key differences between RPR and national real estate websites you or your clients may have used. First, RPR is available exclusively to Realtor®. In order to log in, you must have a NRDS number. Second, RPR includes the Realtor® Valuation Model, which adds your neighborhood expertise to the Automated Valuation Model (AVM), resulting in a more accurate pricing estimate.
