Alexander Chapman November 11, 2016 Comments Off on How do I restore the MLS photo feed for my listing?
realtor.com® automatically pulls up to 100 photos from your MLS, when available, for each listing that displays on realtor.com®. Although this process is initially in place to automatically update your photos, you also have full manual editing access to your listing photos through your realtor.com® Dashboard. You may add additional photos, edit or replace existing photos, and delete photos.
If you do choose to manually edit your photos, we will stop automatically updating the photos (from your MLS) for that specific listing to ensure that your manual changes are not overwritten by the MLS feed. If you make a manual change and later decide to revert back to the automatic feed from the MLS, you may follow the directions below:
Log in to your realtor.com® Dashboard
Click on the Listings tab
Locate the desired listing by address, MLS number, or by scrolling through the list of properties
Hover over the desired listing to display the icons to the right of the listing line item and click the Edit icon
Under the Listing enhancements section, select Photos
In the Photo Source section, click Change
Note: Once you have completed this process, photo changes will be pulled automatically from your MLS again unless you make any manual edits to the photos or change the fed back to “Customized for realtor.com®”.
