"Amazing Company to work for"
I have been working at The RealReal full-time (Less than a year)
I never thought I could love a work place so much. Everyone in the company is so nice and fun and willing to help one another. Is growing so much and there is room to grow. Management is very supportive and engaged with the team.
Nothing. This place is great!

Client Specialist Interview
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The RealReal (New York, NY) in November 2017.
Two Half an hour phone calls with HR manager. Was extremely disappointed with low salary. I have almost two decades of experience and it was clear that did not matter. How, as a company founded by a Woman - is subpar pay empowering? How does it bring us to equality in pay? Enough with the start up mind set in paying peanuts while you get rich.
Bring people forward with you. Lift up, not keep people small.

The RealReal CEO Julie Wainwright tells TechCrunch in a video interview that she's preparing the luxury consignment e-tailer to go public someday. "That's the goal," she said when asked about IPO plans. "We really aren't in the mood to sell the business, we're in the mood to go public at some point in the future."
